PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyranometer performance deterioration state estimation device capable of estimating deterioration states of measurement performance of pyranometers.SOLUTION: A pyranometer performance deterioration state estimation device 100 that estimates deterioration states of measurement performance of pyranometers 200 is provided with: a solar radiation intensity acquisition unit 110 that acquires solar intensity data indicating time series data of solar radiation intensity measured by the pyranometers 200; a decomposition component acquisition unit 130 that acquires a trend component and a residual component by decomposing the obtained solar radiation intensity data into the trend component indicated by a polynominal expression and the residual component obtained by subtracting the trend component from the solar radiation intensity data; and a performance deterioration state estimation unit 140 that estimates the deterioration states of the measurement performance of the pyranometers 200 from the change of the acquired trend component and the change of the residual component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
