At time t1, the decentralized processor 101-1 when receiving the process request for the process 1 stores first acceptance of the process 1 in order information 111 and also makes a decentralized processor 101-2 execute the process 1 by a child RPC of asynchronous execution. At time t3, the decentralized processor 101-1 when completing a process 2 determines whether to transmit a process result of the process 2 to the client K. At time t3, the process result of the process 1 before the process 2 that the order information 111 represents is not transmitted, so the decentralized processor 101-1 does not transmit the process result of the process 2 and stands by.
