PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a high-reliability analysis.SOLUTION: A specimen analyzer comprises: a preparation part 11 which mixes a specimen and a reagent, and prepares a measurement sample; a measurement part 12 which irradiates the measurement sample with light, and acquires optical time series data; a selection part 22 which divides the time series data obtained by the measurement part 12 to a plurality of zone data, acquires a first regression line of the zone data, and selects the first regression line which is the highest in coincidence with the time series data; and an analysis part 23 which sets a region of the time series data coincident with the selected first regression line out of the time series data which are acquired by the measurement part 12 as an analysis objective region, acquires a second regression line by using the time series data included in the set analysis objective region, and performs an analysis by using the second regression line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
