PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision probability determination device, collision probability determination method and collision probability determination program that can enhance determination accuracy of collision probabilities.SOLUTION: A collision probability determination device comprises: an identification unit that detects an object to identify a location of the object; a first analysis unit that predicts a future location of the object on the basis of information about the object to be output by the identification unit and generates first information indicative of a probability of a collision with the object on the basis of the predicted future location of the object; a second analysis unit that generates second information indicative of the probability of the collision with the object on the basis of the location of the object identified by the identification unit; and a determination unit that determines the probability of the collision with the object on the basis of both of the first information and the second information.
