PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enrichment membrane capable of achieving both oxygen separation performance and the physical properties (mechanical strength, deposition properties and the like) of the membrane and further industrially obtaining high concentration oxygen.SOLUTION: In an oxygen enrichment membrane,: a main material is a hydrocarbon group-containing polysiloxane network structure being a reactant of tetraalkoxysilane and hydrocarbon group-containing dialkoxysilane; tetraalkoxysilane is tetramethoxysilane or tetraethoxysilane (represented as A); hydrocarbon group-containing dialkoxysilane is dimethyl dimethoxysilane or diethyl diethoxysilane (represented as B); and a compounding ratio of A to B (A/B) is 1/9-9/1 in molar ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: None
