the invention relates to a process of adaptation liaison for communications system comprising a transmitter terminal (t1), a first receiving terminal (a1) and at least a second receiving terminal (r2).a communication terminal with the first terminal of the transmitter receiver is subjected to a first interference due to at least one communication with the at least one second terminal receiver, which use the same transmission resources, the method comprising:- the determination of a first modulation and coding scheme for the communication of the terminal device to the first terminal (t1) and receiver (r1) that optimizes a function of interest.for each second terminal receptor (d2).the determination of a second modulation and coding scheme that optimizes the function of interest under the assumption that the communication terminal (t1) of the transmitter receiver is transferred from the first terminal to the second terminal (r1), (r2) receptor and is subject to a second interference due to at least one communication which uses the same transmission resources.the selection of the first receiving terminal (a1) and the second receiving terminal, at least one receiving terminal (r2) of the best to optimize the function of interest for communication with the terminal device.
