What is provided by the present invention are a method of diagnosing the nutritional status of a plant and a method of restoring the nutritional status of a plant quickly and accurately. Also, an apparatus of diagnosing the nutritional status of a plant and an apparatus of restoring the nutritional status of a plant quickly and accurately, are provided. The method of restoring the nutritional status of a plant includes the steps of: (a) detecting a bioelectrical potential of the plant at a control frequency and at one or more detection frequencies; (b) diagnosing the nutritional status of the plant based on the bioelectrical potential detected at the control frequency and the bioelectrical frequency detected at the detection frequency; and (c) restoring the nutritional status of the plant by a stimulation in which the plant is exposed to blinking light with a frequency of 44 Hz or less in a case where the nutrition status of the plant is diagnosed as being in a defective state in the step (b).
