All while preserving their anonymity and protecting the data they exchange. The principle being that the possibility of intercepting a user's telecommunications and its location is subject to prior knowledge of its identifiers on the mobile network. The invention makes it possible to assign to it changing dynamic identifiers according to a defined cycle, on a network link, as well as other dynamic identifiers on another link. The previous one is interrupted and the communications switch to the new one. This process is repeated in a loop each time on an always new link. This makes it unlikely that you can identify and intercept your communications.
