Account-free ownership and transfer of electronic money. Payment with e-money is a billing-free process. Ownership and transfer are conveyed by knowing the name (identification number or URL) and a secure password of the electronic banknote. A person who knows the name and password is the owner of the electronic banknote. When changing ownership, the password should be changed. The password change takes place on the server. The rest of the process is done automatically in the individual wallet application or is done manually by the user of the e-mail.
