FIELD: engines and pumps.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises rotational squeezing of the shell in several transitions. The upper part from the small diameter of the shell is fabricated of the material intended for welding to the neighbouring nozzle unit. Before rotational squeezing of the shell in flat work piece the hole is cut out along the diameter of connection of two materials. Then the flat work piece from another material with the thickness, same as that of the main work piece is inserted into a hole. Two materials are welded by a circular weld. The welding joint is cleaned and inspected for its quality, and then the rotational squeezing of welded work piece is performed and the bimetallic internal shell from the side of smaller diameter with the zone of transition from one material to another is obtained.;EFFECT: fabrication of bimetallic internal shell with minimum deformation and without backing runs, exception of defects of welding in the zone of transition from one material to another due to hardening of welding joint at expansion, improvement of quality and reliability of LPRE combustion chamber nozzle shell.;1 dwg
