FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: according to the test and reference gene PCR amplification findings obtained on the day of the transvaginal paracentesis of ovary (TPO) by polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription (RT-PCR) and a measure of factor growth gene (AREG, EREG, IGF1, IGFBP4) mRNA expression, an apoptosis inhibitor (BIRC5) in follicular fluid cells, sperm protamine mRNA expression ratio (PRM2:PRM1) to derive threshold reaction product accumulation cycles (Cp), to calculate a canonical linear discriminator function (CLDF) by formula, and if CLDF0.22, a favourable pregnancy rate is predicted as an anticipated.;EFFECT: invention enables selecting an embryo having a high implantation potential for the purpose of reducing a rate of multiple pregnancies, as well as predicting a pregnancy rate through in vitro fertilisation with selective embryo transfer.;1 ex, 3 dwg
