A method of predicting treatment outcome of infertility and miscarriage in females, depending on immunological and immunogenetic parameters comprising determining characteristics genotype HLA partners and donor lymphocytes, wherein the need of typing of HLA donor for limfotsitoterapii against high levels of NK-cells in the recipient, which improves the prognosis since it allows to immunize the maximum number of genes and to determine forecast zones using multivariate discriminant analysis, wherein the calculated values of the canonical discriminant functions F1 and F2 for the pair with the HLA-compatible history, allowing include a pair 1, 2nd or 3rd zone on territorial map and determining a prognostic index P, when P 1,461, steam relates to the first zone - favorable prognosis of pregnancy, at P -1.237, steam in the third zone - a poor prognosis, with P in the range of -1.237, but 1,461, the couple belongs to the 2nd zone on a territorial map conditionally favorable prognosis (achieving pregnancy by methods support only p productive technologies).
