摘要

The present invention relates to an advanced treatment system of sewage and waste water by using an alternately operating anaerobic reactor, two-stage coagulation-based advanced treatment MBR, and a capacitive deionization sewage reusing technology for maximizing biological removal and removal of a total nitrogen by alternately operating an alternate reactor in a continuous type or a batch type through inflow control. The advanced treatment system comprises: a rapid mixing-type inflow distribution tank (100) having a function of storing introduced sewage and waste water and mixing and stirring the stored sewage and waste water with an injected first coagulant to form flocks; first and second alternate reactors (200, 210) located at the rear end of the rapid mixing-type inflow distribution tank (100), which maintain an anoxic state in which oxygen is not supplied or an anaerobic state; an aerobic tank (300) located at the rear end of the first and second alternate reactors (200, 210), in which a second coagulant is supplied; an anoxic tank (400) located at the rear end of the aerobic tank (300); and a separation membrane tank (500) fed with a mixture solution discharged from the anoxic tank (400).
