The present invention relates to an instant spicy stir-fried rice cake for clearing hangovers and an instant spicy stir-fried rice cake for clearing hangovers prepared thereby and, more specifically, an instant spicy stir-fried rice cake which is prepared by adding shellfish, dried pollack, anchovy and kudzu root, etc. into meat juice, enabling to sooth burning stomach with ingredients in the meat juice after drinking, promoting alcoholysis within a body by ingredients included in crataegus, Aurantii pericarpium, malt, mulberry leaf, Artemisiae Capillaris Herba and Amaranthaceae and being effective in clearing hangovers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
