The present invention can be very usefully used to generate a DNA profile of sesame by effectively detecting DNA polymorphism of sesame seeds using primer pairs. By using the sesame DNA discrimination method of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently perform the analysis of redundancy and establishment of novelty with existing resources and to identify the variety of sesame when introducing a new gene source by efficiently evaluating the genetic source of sesame seeds . It is also possible to identify the presence of seeds and the presence of stings by insects in relation to the inherent varieties. By creating the DNA profile of sesame seeds, it can contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction by assuring the correctness of the domestic sesame distribution market, breed guarantee, and protecting the rights of the breeder and the grower in preparation for opening the market such as FTA.
