The present invention relates to a high efficiency system for producing a liquid fertilizer for recycling livestock excreta, capable of remarkably reducing the load and power consumption of a centrifuge, the capacity and power consumption of a blower, and the capacity and power consumption of a scrubber, and mass-producing a high quality liquid fertilizer in a short period of time. The high efficiency system for producing a liquid fertilizer for recycling livestock excreta according to the present invention comprises: a raw water collection tank for storing collected livestock excreta; a settling tank for separating liquid and solid components from the livestock excreta introduced from the collection tank by a natural precipitation method; a flow rate adjustment tank into which liquid components separated from the livestock excreta in the settling tank are introduced; a reactor for fermenting the liquid components introduced from the flow rate adjustment tank to prepare a liquid fertilizer; an aeration tank for aerating a liquid fertilizer introduced from the reactor; a scrubber connected to the aeration tank, for purifying gas generated from the aeration tank; a liquid fertilizer storage tank for storing the liquid fertilizer introduced from the aeration tank; a blower connected to the collection tank, flow rate adjustment tank, aeration tank, and the liquid fertilizer storage tank, for introducing external air thereinto; and an oxygen supply source connected to the reactor to supply oxygen for high-speed fermentation to the reactor, and connected to an outlet side of the blower to supply oxygen to the collection tank, the flow rate adjustment tank, the aeration tank, and the liquid fertilizer storage tank.
