The present invention relates to a reinforcing method for a concrete structure using a carbon fiber reinforcing plate, and an anchoring reinforcing member which improves reinforcing capacity by reinforcing both end units of a carbon fiber reinforcing plate or a part where a maximum tensile load occurs when reinforcing a concrete structure using the carbon fiber reinforcing plate. The reinforcing method comprises: a reinforcement position marking step of marking positions on a concrete structure to be reinforced in order to attach a carbon fiber reinforcing plate; a groove forming step of forming a groove on both end units and a central part with a maximum load among the positions marked in the previous step in order to attach an anchoring reinforcing member having a ??shaped vertical reinforcing surface which protrudes from both side surfaces of a horizontal reinforcing surface; a carbon fiber attaching step of arranging the surface of the concrete structure on the position selected on the previous step, coating an adhesive and then attaching the carbon fiber reinforcing plate; and an anchoring reinforcing member attaching step of coating epoxy resin on the anchoring reinforcing member, inserting the vertical reinforcing surface of the anchoring reinforcing member into the groove formed on both end units and the central part of the carbon fiber reinforcing plate in the groove forming step, and anchoring by attaching the top surface of the horizontal reinforcing surface of the anchoring reinforcing member to the bottom surface of the carbon fiber reinforcing plate. Therefore, the reinforcing method for a concrete structure using a carbon fiber reinforcing plate and an anchoring reinforcing member improves a reinforcing power by reinforcing the concrete structure, and also prevents early separation of the carbon fiber reinforcing plate through installation of the anchoring reinforcing member on both end units of the carbon fiber reinforcing plate and a central part with the maximum tensile load on the concrete structure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
