The present invention relates to a composition used for screening types of Oryza sativa sp. L._having resistance to bakanae disease including primers to detect at least one oligonucleotide or pieces thereof and, more specifically, a composition used for screening types of Oryza sativa sp. L. having resistance to bakanae disease including a pair of primers selected from a group made from 3 to 16 sequence numbers. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for screening types of Oryza sativa sp. L. having resistance to bakanae disease, comprising the steps of separating genomic DNA from samples of Oryza sativa sp. L._; making the separated genomic DNA as a template DNA and performing amplification reaction for the same with use of at least one pair of primers selected from a group made from 3 to 16 sequence numbers, amplifying target sequences; and detecting the amplified, and a kit used for screening Oryza sativa sp. L._where the method for screening types of Oryza sativa sp. L._having resistance to bakanae diseases uses markers related to the position of a bakanae disease-resistant gene and accordingly screens sensitivity and resistance to the bakanae disease in an efficient manner wherein the molecular marker is used for culturing Oryza sativa sp.
