The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an immunosensor using a gold nanorod array and an immunosensor manufactured by using the same. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing an aluminum substrate; forming an aluminum-anodized film by using the aluminum substrate; manufacturing an aluminum-anodized film cast mold from the aluminum-anodized film; synthesizing gold nanorods by using the aluminum-anodized film cast mold; removing the aluminum-anodized film cast mold to form a gold nanorod array thin film; and immobilizing a CRP antibody on the gold nanorod array thin film in which the gold nanorods are arranged. According to the present invention, a device having high uniformity can be manufactured through only a simple process, and the fine refractive index of a sensing film and the change in the optical path in the sensing film due to an antigen-antibody reaction can be measured at high sensitivity. In particular, the immunosensor of the present invention can be used for the DNA hybridization and the measurement of a DNA-protein interaction, and can be utilized as a sensor for sensing pathogenic bacteria in the blood. Further, the present invention can be applied to improve the sensitivity of the existing SPR sensor, and can be applied to develop technologies associated with photo-thermal therapy or bio-imaging using gold nanopoints.
