The present invention relates to a system for generating input and output data of a radiological source term for an off-site consequence analysis and a method thereof. The system includes: an input unit (100) configured to primarily store and manage a source term category (STC)-nuclide group per core stock and an STC-nuclide group per release fraction which are generated on the basis of a radiological source term inspection history derived from a nuclear plant per probabilistic safety assessment resu a generation unit (200) configured to divide the primarily stored data into an STC per core stock, an amount of TeO2 generated, a STC per release fraction, and to generate radiological source term data in the form of an input file; an analysis unit (300) configured to analyze, from the generated radiological source term data, the number of emitted plumes, a nuclear fuel cycle, an emitted heat content, and an emission point of time for performing a sensitivity analysis, to analyze an off-site consequence (offsite dose, early death, and cancer death) from the radiological source term data, and to perform risk evaluation for analysis results according to sensitivity analysis items; and a display unit (400) configured to generate, into documents, a probabilistic offsite dose calculated by multiplying an STC per frequency and the offsite dose which are derived by the analysis unit (300), an off-site consequence analysis result, and a risk evaluation result, and to output the made documents. Therefore, time required for the analysis and the generation may be reduced.
