The present invention relates to a composition including a mesenchymal stem cell-hydrogel-biodegradable support or a mesenchymal stem cell-hydrogel-nondegradable support, a sheet, and a method for producing the same. More specifically, in a sheet containing a fat-derived mesenchymal stem cell-hydrogel biodegradable or nondegradable support according to the present invention, a high activity stem cell can be coated on a wound without an isolation process using protease. An extracellular matrix such as collagen, laminin, fibronectin, and elastin secreted from a mesenchymal stem cell in a culturing step is stably patched and exists in hydrogel. Compared to existing treating agents, the composition has remarkably excellent skin reproducing and wound treating functions, and a treating period can be reduced.
