The present invention relates to a method for producing porous scaffolds with a unidirectional macro-channel, which comprises the steps of: pouring slurry containing a precursor material forming a porous body, a dispersing agent, and a freezing medium into a cylindrical mold having a camphene rod at a central portion thereof, freezing the slurry at a temperature of a freezing point or less of the freezing medium, and extruding the slurry; stacking at least one extruded body and pressing the stacked extruded body; and freezing and drying the stacked body of the pressed extruded body to remove the freezing medium. The porous support with a unidirectional macro channel manufactured by the method according to the present invention has an excellent internal connecting porosity, has a dual porous structure, and can control the sizes of pores using a re-fusion phenomenon of the freezing medium. A complex structure can be directly manufactured by using a 3D robot instead of employing an existing method of indirectly making a complex structure using a mold.
