Disclosed is a stereotactic surgical instrument of brain which can reduce weight and improve accuracy of surgery compared with an existing stereotactic surgical instrument of brain. The stereotactic surgical instrument of brain comprises a body unit in which a sliding fastening hole is formed on the inside and at least one hole penetrated by an electrode needle is formed; a first shaft installed to be rotatable on the body unit; a second shaft sliding-fastened to be elevated without being rotated with the sliding fastening hole, connected with the first shaft for being elevated along an inner circumference surface between the sliding fastening hole and the first shaft according to rotation of the first shaft, and penetrated by the electrode needle; and a height sensing means installed on the body unit and sensing the elevating height of the second shaft.
