The present invention relates to a system for measuring and interpreting harmonics of 50 orders or more. A system for interpreting higher-order harmonics of an electric railroad (100) comprise a distribution board, an input converting unit, a waveform interpreting unit and a storing unit, wherein the input converting unit (120) has a 16bit A/D conversion function. The system further comprises: a sampling cycle generating unit (140) to set a sampling cycle required to interpret a waveform; a control interpreting unit (130) which includes the waveform interpreting unit (133) to interpret the waveform and is capable of analyzing one or more different types of waveforms according to the set sampling cycle; and a display unit (160) having a touch function and a control program to control the sampling cycle generating unit (140) and the control interpreting unit (130) through the touch function.
