Disclosed is a functional nanofiber mat comprising a first nanofiber scanned and formed in one direction by using an electrospinning method; and a second nanofiber which intersects with the first nanofiber and is formed to have a constant angle with the first nanofiber, wherein the first nanofiber and the second nanofiber are alternately arranged; each layer forms constant thickness; the first nanofiber and the second nanofiber are made of different polymer materials; and the first nanofiber or the second nanofiber is a functional layer. The nanofiber mat of the present invention generates a pattern by scanning a nanofiber in a specific position, thereby controlling mechanical properties which existing nanofiber mats do not have, and having higher availability than an existing method as a material can be located in the specific position.
