A method for modeling and simulating in combined generation of wind power-wave power is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for modeling in combined generation of wind power-wave power acquires a model of combined generation of wind power-wave power, and decreases a degree of the model in the model. Accordingly, by leaving factors with a strong influence while decreasing a multi-dimensional control factor to do modeling, a transfer function, which is an input and output expression of a system, becomes close to an actual system, and can also reduce calculation load in a simulation.
