The present invention relates to a four fundamental arithmetic operation learning device including: a user input unit which inputs numbers or operators; and a control unit which is connected to the user input unit, outputs a four fundamental arithmetic operation equation with at least one blank, calculates an operation value by calculating a user question for the four fundamental arithmetic operation equation completed by a number or an operator which is input through the user input unit and is filled in the blank, and determines whether the input number or operator, input through the user input unit, is correct by comparing the input number or operator with the calculated operation value. The control unit generates a preliminary question, determines validity by performing calculation operation with respect to the preliminary question, and, if the preliminary question is valid, confirms the preliminary question as a final question, and outputs the operation value for the preliminary question, output by using the final question and the validity determination, to the four fundamental arithmetic operation equation. Therefore, learning efficiency is increased as a user can learn four fundamental arithmetic operations regardless of time and place. The user can practice a new question all the time as the final question provided to the user is newly generated every time. Therefore, the user can be more interested in learning four fundamental arithmetic operations and can enjoy learning four fundamental arithmetic operations more.
