According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a compression apparatus by using a information concealment technique, which separately stores location information of a segment which is hard to be concealed from segments, and conceals information in the segment which does not correspond to the location information to secondarily compress the information, in a secondary compression apparatus capable of primarily dividing entropy-compressed information into predetermined segments to conceal the information in each segment. According to the present invention, by checking an inappropriate part for concealing information, and generating a map where the inappropriate part for concealing information is indicated, provided is an effect of preventing error occurrence by concealing information only in a part from which the inappropriate part is excluded.
