The present invention relates to a biodegradable composite for osteosynthesis using polylactide (PLA) and calcium phosphate and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a biodegradable composite for osteosynthesis and a manufacturing method thereof, which can be used as dental materials and surgical materials for osteosynthesis due to improving mechanical properties through forming a mixture after mixing calcium phosphate nano-powder and polylactide (PLA). The biodegradable composite for osteosynthesis using PLA and calcium phosphate of the present invention is formed by shaping a mixture after mixing calcium phosphate nano-powder and polylactide which is a biodegradable polymer material.
