The present invention relates to a hot water heating latent heat exchanger and a condensing gas boiler comprising the same and, more specifically, to a latent heat exchanger of a condensing gas boiler for heating circulating hot water using combustion gas generated by the ignition and combustion of a burner. The hot water heating latent heat exchanger comprises: a top heat exchanging unit wherein a plurality of circulating hot water exchanging units with a circulating hot water flow path formed for circulating hot water to move inside are placed near each other and a combustion gas flow path is formed in between the circulating hot water heat exchanging units for combustion gas to move; and a bottom heat exchanging unit placed on the bottom of the top heat exchanging unit, wherein a plurality of direct water heat exchanging units with a direct water flow path formed for direct water to move inside are placed near each other and a combustion gas flow path is formed in between the direct water heat exchanging units for combustion gas to move, and a condensing gas boiler comprising the same. The present invention increases the heat transfer area where the circulating hot water or direct water exchanges heat with combustion gas, and improves heat transfer efficiency. In addition, the present invention saves the calories used for heating direct water by primarily preheating direct water by using the latent heat exchanger, and reduces manufacturing costs and simplifies the manufacturing process by forming one heat exchanging unit by combining two plates.
