A reciprocating flow device to make an operational fluid reciprocate at an extremely low temperature comprises: a first operational fluid generating unit and a second operational fluid generating unit to absorb the operational fluid in a cooled state using activated carbon in using adsorption features of the activated carbon, and discharging the adsorbed operation fluid in a heated state; and a flow pipe to form a reciprocating flow path of the operational fluid between the first operational fluid generating unit and the second operational fluid generating unit in accordance to cooling or heating of each of the first operational fluid generating unit and the second operational fluid generating unit wherein the flow pipe is connected between the first operational fluid generating unit and the second operational fluid generating unit.
