The present invention relates to a composition for predicting a breast cancer prognosis containing a medicine measuring the level of mRNA of a breast cancer stem cell marker gene found using a stem cell culture method or the level of a protein expressed therefrom, a kit for predicting a breast cancer prognosis including the composition, and a method for providing information to predict a prognosis of a breast cancer patient using the composition or the kit. When using the composition or the kit of the present invention, a treatment prognosis such as recurrence, metastasis or the like can be effectively predicted when performing breast cancer treatment on the breast cancer patient, thereby being able to be widely utilized in effective treatment of a breast cancer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
