The present invention provides a method for producing an oat soybean paste with an enhanced antioxidant activity, and an oat soybean paste prepared by the same, the invention comprising: (a) soaking soybeans in water and steaming the same and then cooling and pulverizing the same so as to ferment a molded fermented soybean lump and prepare a soybean paste; and (b) adding oat powder to the prepared soybean paste and fermenting the same.
