The present invention relates to a nuclear reactor disposition and shielding structure of a nuclear-powered container ship, and to a nuclear-powered container ship including the same wherein a nuclear-powered engine can be adopted in a container ship; safety is ensured from radioactive rays; loss of a container load can be minimized; and regulations on the discharge of used fuel are not applied. The present invention provides the nuclear reactor disposition and shielding structure of a nuclear-powered container ship including a container ship having a funnel and a cabin, and the nuclear reactor disposition and shielding structure of a nuclear-powered container ship comprising: a nuclear reactor-disposed room arranged on a rear bay of a BOP room placed on a lower part of a cabin; a nuclear reactor installed in the nuclear reactor-disposed room; and a shielding means to envelope and shield the nuclear reactor. Also, the present invention provides the nuclear-powered container ship including the same.
