The present invention relates to a composite polymer electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery comprising a branched polymer and graphene oxide, a manufacturing method thereof, and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. According to an embodiment, the composite polymer electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery has high ion conductivity, excellent stability, and excellent mechanical strength.
