The present invention discloses a novel computer simulation method for accurately reasoning a myocardial fractional flow reserve (FFR), an important diagnosis and treatment reference for coronary arterial diseases, by modeling a blood flow resistance change of a cardiac peripheral vascular bed in a coronary arterial system which supplies blood to cardiac muscle tissues based on a physiological pressure-flow relationship.
