The present invention relates to a store recommendation and reward point system linked with social network services and a method to control the system. The invention consists of: a purchasing information collection unit which collects the users purchasing information from a financial institution server; a user comment collection unit which shows a user comment window on a terminal of a user who is confirmed to have purchased through the purchasing information and receives comments from users who visited member store from the user terminal; a social network service link unit which allows the user comment to be published on the users personal web page; and a reward point processing unit which saves points in each stage of the users purchasing and user comment in a preset point accumulation method. In this way, the invention permits the user who has visited a member merchant to make comments immediately after visiting by providing a window and publish it on social network pages based on collection of transaction information of user in regards to member stores. In addition, the invention can also provide reward points to each stage of the users purchase and comment including other users visit thereby, thus, enhancing the promotional effect through social network tools.
