The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an ash free complex coal which uniformly mixes and solidifies an organic component and oil extracted from a raw coal in an extraction and separation step, and to an ash free complex coal manufactured thereby. The ash free complex coal according to the present invention has the organic component extracted from a coal which is uniformly mixed with vegetable or animal oil containing components of fatty acid of C8 to C20 which has very high reactivity in comparison with the coal, fatty acid ester or triglyceride, thereby exhibiting high reactivity. Since the ash free complex coal of the present invention exhibits high reactivity, when catalytic gasification is performed, reaction can be performed in milder conditions than those of a conventional ash free coal. The ash free complex coal of the present invention can be re-used since catalyst activity is rarely degraded even when the catalytic gasification is performed, thereby being highly economically efficient. The ash free complex coal of the present invention contains a carbon-neutral biomass component, which is vegetable or animal oil, thereby reducing CO_2 emission.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
