The present invention relates to a composition for preventing biological contamination to remove organic contaminators during an outdoor cultivation of microorganism or microalgae, and a method for an outdoor cultivation using the same. More specifically, provided are a composition for preventing biological contamination for an outdoor cultivation of microorganism or microalgae which contains subcritical water hydrolysate of an organic material, which contains nascent oxygen, and a method for an outdoor cultivation using the same. According to the present invention described above, it is possible to prevent biological contamination by killing contaminating microorganisms, which is a problem encountered in the process of an outdoor cultivation of microorganism or microalgae, by using hydrolysate of water, which contains nascent oxygen. In addition, the invention can significantly increase an efficiency of an outdoor cultivation because the subcritical water hydrolysate of an organic material does not contain nascent oxygen in the course of time and thus becomes capable of providing the hydolysate as nutrients for organism of an outdoor cultivation.
