Disclosed are a quality-based project management system and a quality-based project management method for developing a vehicle assembly. The quality-based project management system comprises: an assembly design management module for conducting a vehicle assembly design task for each predetermined vehicle assembly constituting a vehicle; a quality task management module for conducting a quality task for the injected product of the corresponding vehicle assembly according to the conducted vehicle assembly design task; and a register management module for registering the result of quality inspection according to the quality task conducted by the quality task management module. According to the quality-based project management system and the quality-based project management method for developing a vehicle assembly, the efficiency of developing an assembly can be increased and time for developing a novel vehicle can be reduced by managing the project of developing a novel vehicle by the assembly and conducting the design of the assembly and quality inspection in advance and applying the same to the project of developing a finished vehicle. Meanwhile, the management of the assembly and each component constituting the assembly can be conducted more accurately and more efficiently by conducting the project management of the assembly mainly based on a three-dimensional drawing. Also, time for developing an assembly can be reduced and performance can be enhanced in a short time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
