The present invention relates to a multifunctional scagliola composition, which represents texture, color and reflected light of natural marble and natural stones and has various functions as a finishing material for buildings and an element of a multifunctional scagliola and, more specifically, a multifunctional scagliola composition, comprising rice husks thin sections prepared by processing skin of Oryza sativa L._, an expanded vermiculite prepared by selectively plasticizing vermiculite and mica thin sections which have a plate shape, pearly luster and glassy luster as main ingredients, a manufacturing method thereof and a multifunctional scagliola using the same. In the present invention, provided is a multifunctional scaglioa, which provides various functions like absorbing acoustic frequency transmitted to the inner face and the surface, because the multifunctional scaglioa has an inner face and a surface made from a ventilating cube structure to ventilating layer structure, controlling humidity, preventing condensation and maintaining warm temperature by forming continuous cell structures made by a heat insulation structure and playing a light built-in finishing material.
