The present invention relates to a cold storage module for improving the thermal conductive characteristics, application scalability or the like from latent cold storage, a refrigerator container having a plurality of cold storage modules therein, and a refrigerator container vehicle. The cold storage module comprises: a housing including the phase change materials (PCM) therein; a heat exchange pipe arranged to penetrate the housing, wherein a refrigerant of low temperature flows to cool the PCM; and mesh metal distributing cold energy to the PCM inside the housing. The mesh metal includes a plurality of wires alternatively coupled to each other with an unequal interval, the refrigerator container is provided with a plurality of the cold storage modules mounted in an upper portion thereof, and the refrigerator container vehicle comprises the refrigerator container mounted therein.
