The present invention relates to a system and a method for safety analysis of agricultural products for global good agricultural practices (GAP) certification. By building a safety analysis system comprising a farm analysis service module, a farm analysis management module, a comprehensive analysis management module, a standards management module, and a database, the procedure with regard to analysis content and processes required by global GAP can be standardized. Since the standards management module manages domestic maximum residue limits (MRL) and domestic GAP standards of Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the comprehensive analysis management module manages additional standards for global GAP separately, the safety analysis system can prevent duplication of works for global GAP certification and domestic GAP certification. The safety analysis system can conduct farm registration management, test management, data management, and analysis management and provide the past and current analysis results and statistic data through the farm analysis management module. Also, the safety analysis system can organize a standardized data packet including a farm ID, an analysis target, domestic/global GAPs, an analysis time, an effective period, analysis items/results, comprehensive evaluation, and the like, using analyzed farm data, provide the same to an integrated management system, and allows an online search by farm, time period, and ID. Additionally, it is possible to provide an overseas standard information service to a farm by linking with overseas sites that provide overseas standard information and to provide an overseas standard information-based analysis service to the farm if the farm is an export farm.
