The present invention relates to a method for purifying poloxamer and, more specifically, to a method for separating and purifying PEO-PPO-PEO by using difference of absorptive power of PEO-PPO and PEO-PPO-PEO from poloxamer which is a mixture of PEO-PPO and PEO-PPO-PEO.
