A system for relaying a call between a normal telephone network and mVoIP, a method of relaying a call between a normal telephone network and mVoIP and an apparatus therefor are disclosed. A terminal of a normal telephone caller is connected through the normal telephone network, and when the terminal of a normal telephone caller is connected, an mVoIP receiver is searched through a receiving ID to request a call connection through a data communication network. A telephone call between a user subscribed to a wired/wireless communication service provider and a user not subscribed to the communication service provider is possible through the call relay.
