The present invention relates to a connection structure of a precast concrete (PC) member for building remodeling, and more specifically, to remodeling earthquake resistant connection details using the PC member for old reinforced beam-column building structures and a remodeling construction method using the same. The remodeling construction method includes making a steel frame by connecting a shear reinforcement and a main reinforcement inside the PC member; installing multiple connection members at an end of the vertical member and at an end of a horizontal member of the PC member so that one ends of the connection members are welded in the steel member and the other ends are exposed to the outside; and connecting the PC member with the steel panel member to an anchor member installed in a beam and a column with an anchor bold so that one face of an anchor metal is attached to a side of an external face of the vertical member and the horizontal member of the PC member and the other face of the anchor meta is exposed to the outside. According to the present invention, a steel fin member welded to a connection ring member or the connection panel members made of metal panels strongly connected to each other are installed in the column and the beam as reinforcement member for connecting the PC members between the column and the beam, whereby the PC members are resistant to earthquakes even when seismic waves are produced in longitudinal, transverse and diagonal directions.
