According to the present invention, a method for correcting errors in a global climate model using non-stationary quantile mapping. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining the simulation results by applying quantile mapping to simulation values over a past period; obtaining long-term time series data over a future period; obtaining linear regression equations on the simulation results and the long-term time series data, respectively; obtaining a bias at a point where the respective linear regression equations meet; calculating a new linear regression equation (y=ax+b) by correcting the y-axis intercept (b) of a linear regression equation (y=ax+b) on the long-term time series data over the future period; and mapping statistical distribution parameters using parameters of the linear regression equation before and after the correction. A non-stationary quantile mapping method or a dynamic quantile mapping method can be applied to a process of specifying a global climate model to give trends to the statistical distribution parameters, thereby correcting errors in non-stationary long-term time series data.
