The present invention chb operon is inducible promoter or a constitutive promoter of the operon asc method for producing a substituted mutant E. coli , the present invention relates to a method for producing biofuel using the same E. coli and prepared by the above method . Since mutation of E. coli according to the present invention can use the cell BIOS unlike the wild-type E. coli , the enzyme may not be used in enzyme saccharification process of producing biofuels from biomass , and accumulation in the cell BIOS Simultaneous Saccharification Fermentation (SSF) can prevent deterioration in yield . ;
