The present invention relates to a novel application method for waste carpet and a composite using the same capable of securing longevity while improving economic feasibility along with resource virtuous circle and industrial pollution reduction by recycling discarded waste carpet instead of existing virgin synthetic fibers of high price such as polyester, polypropylene, nylon and the like which are the subsidiary materials of a fiber-reinforced system for development of technology for extended duration and by strength improvement and durability improvement of asphalt packaging materials, cement concrete constructing materials and industrial materials into fibers for fiber reinforcement. To do this end, a manufacturing method for waste carpet recycled fibers for fiber-reinforced concrete according to the present invention comprises: a step of preparing waste carpet; a step of shredding the prepared waste carpet into a constant size by using a shredder; and a step of fiberizing shredded waste carpet by using a hammer mill or a comminuter.
