The present invention relates to a tower-foundation combining structure and method for a steel composite hollow reinforced concrete wind tower. The present invention provides a tower-foundation combining structure for a steel composite hollow reinforced concrete wind tower and a tower-foundation combining method using the same for a steel composite hollow reinforced concrete wind tower. According to the present invention, the tower-foundation combining method can solve the problems of traditional technologies having great limits to be applied to a wind tower usually installed on land or sea due to the necessity of placement on site. The tower-foundation combining structure is structured so that a tower unit and a foundation unit of a wind tower can be efficiently combined to each other without placement on site. Therefore, the steel composite hollow reinforced concrete wind tower can be modularized. Also, when the tower unit and the foundation unit are combined, constructability and cost-effectiveness can be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
